1. Minutes from the April 24th meeting were reviewed and approved.
2. Tom and Leigh shared the proposed powerpoint presentation for the Selectmen Presentation on June 1st. Some changes were made to perfect the presentation.
3. Committee will meet informally one more time on THURSDAY, May 25th at the Florence Sawyer Conference Room at 6:30 pm for rehearsal purposes before the Selectmen meeting.
